I'M MADISon
My journey into nutritional therapy began with a search for answers to my own health struggles. I suffered with terrible acne, painful periods that would have me curled up in bed for at least half a day, fatigue, mood swings and digestive issues (to name a few). Over the years I tried various pills and fads that only acted as a temporary band-aid - the problems would always come back. But when I began to address my symptoms from the foundations, I finally started to get my life back!

Now I get to enjoy foods I love, while experiencing better health than ever before. And I'm thrilled to get to help you do the same!
how is nutritional therapy different?
+ Root Cause Approach - Nutritional Therapy is not a bandaid approach that temporarily covers up symptoms. Instead we seek to find the root causes of symptoms and address them with targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes.

+ Bio-individual - Rather than putting our clients in a box and giving them a label, we seek to discover what their specific body needs. Nutritional therapists recognize that no two people are the same; each of us have unique histories, genetics and stressors, and therefore there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

+ Personal Coaching - Working with a nutritional therapist is having not just a skilled practitioner but a personal coach at your finger tips. You'll be supported with meal planning help, individualized recipes, and daily text support.
