discovery call

A quick introductory call so that we can meet each other and discuss the symptoms you'd like to resolve! Bring your questions and I will share how I can help. This is a totally optional offering, if you are already confident that you want to move forward, feel free to book the initial consultation (below).

  • No prior paperwork required

Initial Consultation

All new clients start with an initial consultation, which is where we will dig deep into your health history and lifestyle and begin to put together the puzzle pieces that have you brought you to your current picture of health. By the end of the call I will be able to show you what your most likely root causes are, and what direction we need to go to address them naturally! 

  • 1.5 hours 

  • $250

  • Video call or house call (if local)

  • Paperwork must be filled out before the initial consult can be scheduled. 

  • Once paperwork is complete, you can return to this page to schedule. 
  • Using the button to the right, create a free account with Nutri-Q.
  • Log-in to your account, and you will see three "To-do" items on the dashboard. 
  • Select each form and complete the questions. 
follow-up Appointments

After the initial consultation, we will have follow up appointments as needed. These appointments are where I will  share your unique protocol with you (diet, supplementation, lifestyle changes etc) and help you implement it! Follow up appointments can be scheduled as often as needed, but typically clients need them every 2-4 weeks during an active protocol, or every few months for maintenance care.
